Getting Answers from Spirit

Ask and You shall Receive…….

When I was first starting to be aware spirit around me I wanted to be able to ask for guidance and for them to help me when I needed it. Problem was I didn't really know how to hear them or to know when they were answering. So I devised a way in which I could ask them “yes” or “no” questions.

What I did was work out my question and ask it and then imagine two words in my mind

 a big “YES” and a big “NO”  

then I would see which one got bigger OR

which one would stand out more,         OR

which word would move or come forward

it had to in some way identify itself.

It might be that you want it in a different colour or that the wrong answer fades away or that the right answer is lit up in some way - whatever works for you to distinguish one from the other.

 I practised doing this in my case if the answer was “yes” the yes would come forward more and be bigger the word itself would become bigger I've kept practising this with everything even small unimportant decisions for example do I want a muffin for lunch yes or no and if it wasn't no then I would ask do I want a wrap for lunch instead yes or no.

 I would practise doing this on small things so then I had confidence and clarity on the bigger decisions.

It didn't take long until I was able to do this and get really clear yes or no answers. I then would know which answer was the correct one. The more you practise the more the answers become clear I found it worked really well for me and this maybe something that you want to try.
