Crystals

I love crystals, I love how they look, and how they feel in my hand.

Whether or not you think they have metaphysical attributes they definitely can be beautiful.

In our lounge we have a big celestine cluster in its raw state. It’s a pale blue jagged crystal and we bought it when were out driving and I got a picture in my mind of Hettys Rock shop in Chch. This picture wouldn’t go away so I said to Norm we have to go to the shop there is something there we need to buy. He walked in and was told the name of it and went looking for it and it was the only one in the large raw rock formation there. Needless to say, it came home with us.

My favourite stone and one I meditate with and have when I need help in relaxing is labradorite.

I love the flash of iridescent blue in it, its mysterious yet still beautiful.

My friend Hayden is drawn to certain crystals, but its funny its never the same ones I like, and the ones I like are not the same as the ones Norm is drawn to.

It’s a personal thing – much like clothes – no one will have the same wardrobe, and no one will like exactly the same crystals as you. You will like what you like, no wrong or right. It just is.
