The dog that sees spirit

A very special Dog.

Animals are very in tune and can see and hear spirit. They have souls and can appear in spirit form once they have passed.

We have a special needs dog called Dougal. He has cerebellum hyperplasia, which is a neurological condition he has had since birth. Essentially, he is a shaky dog – there are shaky cats, you can watch them on youtube, but we have the K9 version.

It means he can’t process things as fast or as well as normal, and his spatial awareness is faulty. He is beautiful and loving but just quite simple. However, he does have a really unique gift in that he can see and sense spirit. It's interesting watching him we can be sitting around and suddenly he stands up starts growling and stares at the door. I will check and see who we have in spirit that is visiting. It is often before we have a reading, and a spirit turns up early.

Norm will often be able to know who it is that's going to be coming through for a reading as they have arrived in the house a few days before. Some of them are so keen that they arrive up to a week before and keep hanging around us and scaring the dog :). We don't mind though and if someone is particularly persistent, we can just ask them to come back a bit later.

We do believe Dougal was given to us is a gift because of his boundless ability to love and his ability to see spirit and just be part of this very quirky and unique family.
